I take data-heavy products from research all the way to handoff.
Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at GRESB.
Seven years in product design, five of them building reporting tools for institutional investors — dashboards people use to make decisions they have to defend.
Outside work I row, sail and bike — sports that keep me focused and present.
Dutch & Brazilian national, based in Zaandam.
No visa sponsorship or work permit needed in the EU.

Explaining your own score meant hiring a consultant
Fund managers could see their GRESB score but not explain it — some paid
consultants to decode results they already owned. I led discovery, design and
delivery of the Score Contribution Dashboard,
working with engineering and data science to settle the weights, the
categories and the rules for missing data. A fund manager can now see which assets influence their score, and why.

Portfolio Overview: each property type ranked by its contribution to the entity score. A manager can see what is moving the number without opening a single asset.
The dashboard is public; the research and internal screens
behind it are not mine to publish. Email me and I’ll walk you through the
discovery, the design decisions and what I’d do differently.
When I joined there was one reporting product on plain Bootstrap — no
component library in Figma, none in the code. A second report was starting, so I
built GRESB’s first design system with the developers before the duplication
could multiply. Build time fell from four months to one. I later led the move to a
Svelte library documented in Storybook.

Dog owners wouldn’t book a stranger to walk their dog. I split the marketplace into separate owner and walker journeys, rebuilt the walker profile around reviews and history instead of a name and a price, and tested the new booking flow against the original with eight participants.

Hiring a Senior Product Designer?
If your product has more data than screen, I’d like to hear about it. I’m most useful where the domain is complicated and someone has to make a decision at the end of it.
