I take data-heavy products from research all the way to handoff.
Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at GRESB.
Seven years in product design, five of them building reporting tools for institutional investors — dashboards people use to make decisions they have to defend, not admire.
Outside work I row, sail and bike — sports that keep me focused and present.

A sustainability score that told clients where they stood, but not why
Fund managers could see their GRESB score but not explain it — some paid
consultants to decode results they already owned. I led discovery, design and
delivery of the Score Contribution Dashboard,
which breaks a portfolio score down building by building so a manager can see
what is lifting it and what is holding it back.
Portfolio Overview: each property type ranked by its contribution to the entity score. A manager can see what is moving the number without opening a single asset.
I’m not free to publish the work behind this one. Email me
and I’ll walk you through the research and the design decisions.
Five sustainability reports, each rebuilding the same components slightly differently every quarter. I inventoried every component in use, built GRESB’s first design system from the foundations up, and report build time fell from over four months to one.

The foundations layer — tokens for colour, type and spacing — built before any component, so five reporting products could stop redrawing the same elements every quarter.Read the case study →
Dog owners wouldn’t book a stranger to walk their dog. I split the marketplace into separate owner and walker journeys, rebuilt the walker profile around reviews and history instead of a name and a price, and tested the new booking flow against the original with eight participants.

Hiring a Senior Product Designer?
If your product has more data than screen, I’d like to hear about it. I’m most useful where the domain is complicated and someone has to make a decision at the end of it.
